A new era in artificial intelligence operations
This state-of-the-art surgical robot perfectly mimics the hand and wrist movements of the operating surgeon, allowing him to perform minimally invasive procedures through the smallest of incisions.
Our implementation of the da Vinci Xi surgical system in a number of areas including breast cancer, prostatitis, orthopedics and other disciplines delivers superior results with precision and accuracy.

American Hospital Dubai Introduces the Region's Most Advanced Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center
The American Hospital Dubai represents the most advanced physical therapy and rehabilitation center in the UAE and the region. The center's world-class physiotherapists treat diseases, disabilities or injuries that affect mobility, as well as provide pre- and post-operative care to improve patients' well-being.
The main goal of the center is to provide modern medical care based on scientific and technological achievements.
The physiotherapy department has a comprehensive outpatient care with 15 physiotherapy rooms, three gyms (two adults and one for children), one occupational therapy room and three speech therapy rooms. Its adult services include cardiac rehabilitation, magnetotherapy and shock wave therapy, scoliosis treatment, neurological therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and cryotherapy/heat therapy.
For children, the center has a pediatric expert team for cases such as sensory integration, pediatric feeding, and swallowing therapy.
In addition, the center offers dry needles, prescription exercise programs, lymphedema, pulsed magnetic field therapy, treatment of sports injuries, adult musculoskeletal disorders, and physiotherapy for women's health.
The American Hospital Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center also has a dedicated inpatient rehabilitation unit offering intensive multidisciplinary services to improve patients' quality of life. The facility accommodates patients with a variety of conditions, including stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, heart and lung disease, orthopedic surgery, amputations, musculoskeletal disorders/multiple trauma, and critically ill myopathy/neuropathy.
U.S. Hospital Dubai is the first to receive AlUM ultrasound practice accreditation
The American Hospital in Dubai, one of the leading pioneers of private healthcare in the Middle East, has been recognized as the only medical institution outside of the US to be accredited for Abdominal/General, Breast - Diagnostic and Breast - Interventional Ultrasound practice. from the Accreditation Council for Ultrasound Practice of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM).
The first artificial intelligence research laboratory in the region

On our journey to achieve new milestones in healthcare, we have aligned ourselves with the vision and strategy of the UAE Government to harness the power of AI to minimize the burden of chronic disease for the benefit of our citizens and residents. Our approach to AI has focused on developing scientifically proven, relative, and explainable AI models that support our clinical operations and outcomes.
We believe our responsibility as a leader in this field requires us to lead by example when we partnered with Cerner, a global health technology company, to build the region's first AI-led health research lab. The AI Data Lab will use Jupiter Python and R laptops as its data processing environment, in conjunction with the Cerner Data Lab and its intelligent predictive models that have been built, trained and localized. This program will aim to achieve a quadruple goal (patient, carers, financial outcomes, and outcome/value driven outcomes).
Our research center is already producing results
Our collaboration with Cerner, for example, helped us develop a model for COVID-19 to predict patient mortality and ICU admissions.
